12 Hours of Monza preparation has begun!

Today we went to the Virtual track of Autodromo Nazionale di Monza to view Ramada MotorSports doing their rounds of practice for the upcoming race on Saturday 31th of July at 12:00 AM CEST. Ramada MotorSport which consists of Pedro Ramada(Team Boss), Paulo Reis and Carlos Basto were already fiercely practising setups, hot lapping and race pace – we enjoyed their rounds in VR and had a blast from the stages. We wouldn´t reveal their lap times here – but we see most teams averaging around 1 minute 47 seconds to 1 minute and 49 seconds mark – which seems to be in that range. We can expect to see lap times for the upcoming race without traffic and traffic- only time will tell.

Ramada MotorSport which has chosen the Audi R8LMS GT3 2019 seems to have found a good pace and stability for the car which definitely will help the team going through the long race. Will Ramada be a team to watch out for when GTR24H starts to air the 12 Hours of Monza Special event sometime next week?

We know a few other teams have already chosen the Mclaren 720S GT3, Bentley Continental GT3 2020 – but there are still some 6 days to go when Official Practice lifts and more investigation to be done to get a better overview of expected lap times for the teams to pick their cars. We are also expecting to soon see some Alpine GT4 start practising as the first signups are coming in.

A very exciting week ahead. Stay tuned at GTR24H as more news will follow very soon.
